What Does the following MRI Scan Result Mean?

Hellow sir my name is Kanchan from Nepal.I am 27 years old.I am suffering from sever hip pain since six month.My dr has prescribes me the medicine saaz 500 mg twice a day.But my pathalogy report results says - HlA B27,Blood ----- Indeterminat Rheumatioid factor(RF)-----Negative CRP TITRE----------2.1 MG\L CALCIUM-----------9.3MG\L MRI REPORT SAYS Para-articular marrow edema at the Rt SI joints S\O Rt Sacrolities Being looking subcentimeter B\L inguinal Lymph node seen. I am not satisfied with the counseling of my Dr.Please suggest me should i continue this medicine and what are the side effects of SAZZ 500 mg?

Hi,

It seems that you are having non-infective sacroiliitis, please continue taking saaz medicine, this is must in treatment of sacroiliitis and usually do not have any significant side effects on long term use.
